3 Things companies look for when hiring a writer.

Of course, punctuation and structure.

Your probably thinking no brainer right? Not exactly true you wold be surprised how many people look over this.

It's not seen any more as a top priority because there are so many different grammar and editing tools out there. However you couldn't be more wrong it's still a huge factor and will be looked at in every piece you write. Leaving this out could be the ending factor of your lastest project. Don't let it get you down just remember to practice and keep in mind it reflects on your credibility as a writer.

2. Presentation

Presentation of your writing is another key to success if people want to read your work more people will want you to write for them. Putting all your writing samples together last minute maaayyy not be the route you wanna take. Having them ready to go also helps when applying for multiple positions defiantly a time a saver. It also helps make sure your not rushing to write them and leaving more room for errors.

3. How well you represent a topic

Going off topic can be deadly to your piece as well as making it hard for reader's to understand. You don't want that, make sure you carefully put together your pieces. Understanding your topic and what your writing about is key. The more you know the better you can organize your writing to avoid this completely. You also don't want your reader's to stop reading or question your skills.
